WEEK 2 // Israel: A New People (Genesis 12-50)

Genesis 1-11 gave us the big picture, broad brush strokes of God’s story, but the lens changes in chapters 12-50 as we focus in more intimately on Abraham and his offspring. We go from looking at the cosmos through a telescope, to studying in microscopic detail the highs and lows of four generations of one family. Their journey is far from straightforward, but through it all we’re introduced to key themes in God’s story such, from calling to covenant, blessing to rebuilding relationships.
