soulsenter

A ten-week course for people who recognise a spiritual dimension to their lives and want to explore this further. Over the ten weeks we will be on a journey together, learning about being still, listening to God, and discovering how to discern what he may be saying. Each week will include a meditation, based on a passage from the Bible, to help us on this journey to spiritual health.

We start this journey on Wednesday, 4 May at the The Castle on Castle Road a short walk from the city centre. You are very welcome to join us on this new and, we trust, exciting adventure.

  • There is a ‘take-away’ exercise from each session that enables you to continue the journey in your own time during the week.
  • Although it is possible to join the journey at any point, it will be of most benefit to people who can commit to every session from the start. The 'steps' are planned with breaks to enable participants to make that commitment.
